Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of the TOIMU website, accounts and related services.
Last updated: 11 September 2026
1. About TOIMU
TOIMU is operated and provided by TOIMU Technologies OÜ, an Estonian private limited company with registry code 17596572. Contact: hello@toimu.ee.
By creating an account or using TOIMU, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account.
3. Pre-launch service
TOIMU is being tested and improved. Features, content and availability may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. Information about places, opening hours, events, prices and availability may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Confirm important information directly with the venue or organiser.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use TOIMU unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person.
- Do not submit false, misleading, infringing or abusive content.
- Do not impersonate anyone or falsely claim control of a business.
- Do not bypass security, probe vulnerabilities or disrupt the service.
- Do not scrape or automate access at a scale that burdens the service or violates rights.
- Do not use another person’s account without permission.
5. User submissions and business claims
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant TOIMU a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt, display and use it as reasonably necessary to operate, improve and promote the service. You confirm that you have the required rights.
Business claims, reports and proposed corrections may be reviewed, accepted, rejected, edited or removed. Claiming a listing does not transfer ownership of third-party data or guarantee permanent control.
6. Third-party content and services
TOIMU may display information or links supplied by businesses, users, public sources, Mapbox, Google or other third parties. We do not control all third-party content and are not responsible for external services, transactions or availability. Their own terms may apply.
7. TOIMU intellectual property
The TOIMU name, design, software and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted by these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit them without written permission.
8. Suspension, termination and deletion
You may stop using TOIMU at any time and delete your account from the Account page. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect TOIMU, users or third parties, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. See the Account Deletion page for details.
9. Disclaimers and liability
TOIMU is provided on an “as available” basis during pre-launch testing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
10. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Estonian law, without limiting mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence. We may update these Terms as TOIMU develops. Material changes will be indicated by a new update date and, where appropriate, an additional notice.
11. Paid subscriptions and billing
TOIMU Technologies OÜ is the seller and service provider for TOIMU Pro and Business Pro subscriptions purchased on toimu.ee. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe.
Paid monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can manage or cancel an eligible Stripe subscription through TOIMU billing; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The price and any applicable taxes are shown before payment is confirmed. Tax treatment is applied as required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including any rights that cannot legally be waived.
